Makes sense.

rynzcycle,

Ok, I had to know, so:

  1. It's real
  2. Sold only in Czech Republic around Christmas time, though currently unavailable
  3. Apparently fried Carp is a traditional Christmas eve dish in CR
  4. Because of the Christ feeding 5000 with fish and bread bible story.

I still have questions, but at least I'll be able to sleep tonight.

They have Tesco Finest in other countries labelled in English? Did not expect that.

I looked closely and this photo is actually from some Tesco in Slovakia. But yeah, you could just swap Czech Rep. with Slovakia and your points are still valid

This is hilarious … let’s follow a Christian tradition of eating fish because Jesus Christ and his first followers were all Jewish which means they did not eat pork … we’re out of fish, so let’s continue the tradition by eating pork in the shape of a fish.

From this day forward, all of my hams will be characters with googly eyes.

BeardedGingerWonder,

This is horrific, and I’ll eat just about anything 😂
