LaunchesKayaks, 1 year ago Kegels are a legit exercise to work on if you have terrible pelvic floor muscles. I had to get intense PT for my pelvic floor a few years ago. I still have to do daily exercises so I don’t get muscle pain and weakness. It sucks.
