Feel free to skip if you’ve already seen it on the .ml instance… I wasn’t sure how much the two memes communities overlap due to .ml’s memes community being pretty politicized
.ml’s meme community is also heavily sanitized over there by the mods and admins. Both myself and another popular poster have had posts removed from there for reasons that didn’t make a whole lot of sense and when asked for clarification we were given hans waving. This happened repeatedly enough that we both stopped posting there because we genuinely couldn’t keep track of extremely vague rules that were applied in consistently.
Us mods here are far lighter on moderation. Just make sure it’s a meme, you’re not hurting someone else or being a dick to them, and that its not political.
Based on some posts I found were controversial to say the least it does seem like they do love to showcase a certain side’s thoughts, diplomatically said.
SO is not a forum, it's a knowledge repository. One of the sites biggest problems (aside from the company not listening to its users) is that confusion. It's not a help desk, it's not a code writing service, and most certainly not a forum.
What? That’s just a normal bath/shower setup. The spout is for running a bath, with a pin on top to divert it to the shower head for showering, the lever works to control hot/cold water for the shower/bath, and the circle at the bottom covers a hole that drains excess water during a bath to prevent overflowing. Do people not have baths anymore?
