At an admin command prompt, try:

chkdsk /r

or

chkdsk /x

how to use chkdsk

And also maybe check the SMART reports: Monitoring hard disk health with smartmontools

And then run the memory diagnostic: How to run Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool
