The good fight, but it’s a bit on and off. There are subplots about resistance movements, but it’s more against far right than rich. They are just aligned. Some is the imbalance of justice.

I wonder how wide a release it will get. From the sound of the article, it’s up to the Library of Congress what happens next.

Lemmygizer, in Lift by Netflix is incredibly bad wow

The “Writer” does have at least some knowledge about AI. https://lemmy.world/pictrs/image/1048e260-682c-47d3-aed9-8047be8ec2ff.png

Interesting that the hands on the parents are mostly alright, maybe they were fixed manually. But the kids’ hands are all messed up.

Look at the girl on the far left side lol, she has 3 arms and fingers are bending in every direction, truly horrific

And the boy on the right side has some oddly chonky hands lol and definitely not the correct number of fingers on each hand

Leverage is one of my favorites. The reboot is pretty good as well.

Been a while since I’ve seen it but a movie called “A Day Without A Mexican” where rich assholes and middle class white people lose their nannies and field workers picking their food. I believe it was a dark comedy but like I said been a number of years since I saw it…

“Killing It” on Peacock was a surprisingly dark comedy about the death of the American dream.

CaptainSpaceman, in Controversial Jerry Lewis film to screen in public for first time after 52 years

Interesting article and I hope they digitize it at some point so everyone gets a chance to see it.

Also interesting from the article is a film from 2015 called “100 Years” starring John Malkovich that doesnt release until 2115

DeathGarner, in Lift by Netflix is incredibly bad wow

I don’t understand why a studio would spend millions of dollars to create something this obviously bad.

drmoose,

It made me feel like I’m missing out on some inside joke or something. Why make this.

Aw, man, I kinda wanted to see it. Lol

drmoose,

It opens up with a heist for NFT. Maybe if you set your mood right it could be so bad it’s good sort of deal.
