Besides its regular flag, Uruguay has two co-official flags, although they are ranked below the national flag in the hierarchy. On national holiday, all three should be flown at official buildings. (lemmy.world)

The co-official flags are called Flag of Artigas and Flag of the Thirty-Three and where used during the Uruguayan independence struggle. Indeed, the flag of the Thirty-Three reads “Liberty or Death”.

Flag of Suffolk, UK. An armorial banner attributed to the canonised King Edmund of East Anglia, killed by vikings in 869. Adopted as the county flag in 2017. (www.flaginstitute.org)

On a field of blue, the flag displays a yellow emblem of a crown and crossed arrows. This is the emblem attributed to St Edmund, king of East Anglia, shot with arrows and decapitated Vikings in 869. A shrine and cult later developed in Bury St Edmunds, and the emblem gradually came to represent the county as a whole.
