Recently went to breakfast with a couple of new neighbors (partners). They were asking me what apps I enjoyed and I told them that I WAS enjoying Apollo.
Lol at first I interpreted this as the waiter asking you what appetizers you wanted
I remember reading somewhere (probably my high school textbook) that one of the reasons people don’t like wind power being built is they cause visual pollution....
I think they’re pretty tbh. There’s a huge stretch of them in a field I drive through sometimes, and at night I like to just stop for a second and watch 95% of them all flash their light on top in sync across an impressive distance.
And sometimes there’s one or two flashing out of sync in a weird rhythm and I assume it’s like an error code which I think is pretty interesting
I mean, I’ve never used JSONs before but I imagine you could still write to them in realtime at least, as inefficient as that sounds lol. Idk, I don’t use ublock but ever since this last wave of allegations of throttling adblock users I’ve been getting videos just refusing to load any of the beginning of the vid after the first couple seconds. It’ll play the last 3/4ths though.
I don’t remember the exact name of my adblock but it’s not ublock origin

It’s not inherently bad, at least from the user’s perspective, but Windows Defender will make you click “more info” or something before giving you the “run anyways” button since it thinks it’s a risk. I’ve never gotten a virus doing this, though

Youtube has better anti-adblock now. Other than Invidious, any way around it? Purging and re-dowloading the ublock stuff didn't work
