Anticorp,

Hand drying options are actually much better than they were 20-30 years ago. Even the electric ones are pretty great now. 30 years ago it would be one of those electric ones with the round button that feels like someone blowing on your hands through a straw, or at the gas station it would be one continuous loop of thick blue cloth.

Anticorp,

Those things have been around forever. They were really common in gas station bathrooms when I was a kid.

Anticorp, (edited )

Not kind of. He showed up, he fought, he died. There’s no dimensions there. But he looked cool, had a new lightsaber, and was probably the first actor in Star Wars that actually knew how to fight IRL.

Anticorp,

I’ve seen that movie. It’s a great fight scene, but the Darth Maul actor was a straight-up martial artist.

Anticorp,

Was geriatric when they filmed the 2nd film. He wasn’t in the Phantom Menace.

Anticorp,

Months? Months? Try days sometimes.

Anticorp,

Thankfully none for my country right now. We’ve been at war for half my life, and for some younger adults we were at war their entire lives until just a few years ago. Never on our home soil, but you still feel its impact as deployments mess people and families up around you.

Anticorp,

OrWeLLiAn!

Anticorp,

That’s actually perfect, since that 30 year old woman was probably a man.

Anticorp,

I envy people who can sleep to avoid things. My body’s response to stress is to deprive me of sleep until I fix things. It gets dicey when those things are outside of my control.

Anticorp,

Dial 988 on your phone if it is really that bad. Talk to someone.

Anticorp,

Thanks!

Anticorp,

I took sociology and cultural anthropology in college, but that was 30 years ago, and they’re apparently teaching very different things now.

Anticorp,

Thanks for the explanation.

Anticorp,

I’ve seen push back by people of various backgrounds, not just “white” people, which we shouldn’t actually say, since it’s a construct in direct contradiction with the assertions of CRT. Right? To be clear, my post isn’t meant to be a criticism of the CRT statement. I asked so that I could more clearly understand, which I do now, thanks to you and some other people here. Thank you.

Anticorp,

Wow, I just saw your comment. Fuck you too, I guess.

Anticorp,

Like I said in the comment you’re responding to, I tried that and still can’t see them.

Anticorp,

We kind of do though. There’s nothing official about hair types, but there’s all kinds of stereotypes about people with certain hair colors, like blondes, or redheads. There’s even some scientific evidence that people with red hair have higher pain thresholds.

Anticorp,

A smart city puts trash cans every hundred feet or so.

Anticorp,

Either those are 2 person benches, or y’all got some big asses over there.

Anticorp,

She doesn’t seem to enjoy the time she spends with Miles, and even accepts posts for months at a time off-station to get away from him. Of course he spends more time with Julian!

Anticorp,

Can we play this from our completed game, or do we need to load a save from before the final fight?
