That's absolutely not true. I've learned that I may be messy sometimes, but at least I'm not walking through goat paths of garbage. The Q know about the mycelial network, likely because they created it for their own purposes. That's how they can seem to transport anywhere in the universe. Quinn essentially admitted as much when he said that their "magic" is simply very advanced technology. A mycelial network permeating subspace would be right up their alley.

Poor mission planning. They can monitor, predict, and plan for dust storms on Mars today. But in the future, all that goes out the window when humans are involved? This entire scenario depends on someone not doing their job properly.
More complicated, Kbin doesn't propagate downvotes from the Federation as a whole. It only counts the ones made on Kbin. Upvotes do propagate though, and reputation is determined by the ratio you get of upvotes to downvotes. So technically your Kbin reputation is inflated and not entirely accurate.
