You’re right, there isn’t a whole lot you can do about this particular example. However it is likely at some point in your life you will witness a relationship that is unhealthy or abusive and then what will you do?

For whatever you think about celebrities the behaviour they exemplify does have an effect about what is permissible in society generally, they set ‘trends’.

Right now in my opinion society (largely the media) is saying it’s all cool and normal and so I’m expressing my frustration in the greatest artistic medium of our time, memes.

The last video I saw related to coffeezilla was about some crypto scammer.

I didn’t really think that was drama, more just like an exposé.

If he is involved in a fight with blippyblop the commentator though over calling his mum a hoe, no thanks.

Jugglefruit and Krombusnombus aren’t actually mortal enemies because one said the others breath smelt like cat food and my attention is just being used for ad revenue that’s split between the two?!

Id just appreciate if they could keep their interests within the bubble of those respective communities.

I.e. not invoking the spippycoo drama in comparison to actual news.

I argue the opposite and I think the difference is that you believe religious belief can be demarcated in a persons mind where I think it influences all decision making.

I.e. Does my boss make decisions on P&L because they are good at business or because they prayed on it?

You and my boss might look at all the same information and arrive at the same conclusion except how can you be sure that the path my boss took reflects your own logic and not prayer?

If the information about your world passes through a filter to determine if it fits your world view or not it’s possible to serendipitously make the logical decision but it doesn’t mean fundamentally you accept the logic of the situation at hand.

If your foundational understanding of what constitutes possibility, I.e. that when Jesus died he was transported to north America for 3 days prior to being resurrected I have trouble believing this doesn’t influence your day to day decisions.

No doubt though that Putin is benefiting from the current Gaza situation.

It’s hard to argue that the first Ironman didn’t completely reboot and reframe the entirety of the marvel franchise and superhero movie genre.

Is it a critically acclaimed movie? No.

But it should still be recognised as the starting point for a massive popular culture shift.
