I take the metro into the city every other week to visit museums, my plan is to take the pack and give to one of the many homeless people i see before i make it into the city every time. I doubt I will make it off the metro before handing it off. And dont worry safety never takes a holiday.

What part about 25% below market makes them a hero, while they are actively hoarding properties keeping prospective buyers out of the market, raising prices to keep up with “inflation” on a commodity necessary for survival IS the exact same thing the food oligopolies are doing. And wtf are you on about having skin in the game? I pay $1700 a month in a rent controlled apartment and have no hope of buying a actual property in the market i live in without having to move hours away from work. I would love to hear what you think i should be doing to help make affordable housing, cause if its within my means, ill do it.

I really dont know what in the fuck they are suggesting, they sound like a Russian shill trying to derail the rising tide of Class Conciousness in America by encouraging leftists to not vote, allowing the mask off fascist Republicans to win. They would apparently rather be ideologically pure and let the fascists win, than pinch their nose and vote for the lesser of two evils and maintain the status quo where large swaths of the population are actively waking up to the hypocrisies of our Capitalist system. Either way they reek of astroturf and are extremely disingenuous, and have completely ignored the onus i set for them to explain what happened in Italy and Germany when fascist took control there, because they dont give a shit and just want to see America burn. Guess people should just be slaves to their debt because Checks Notes Banks are owned by people. Nah fuxk that noise, banks are owned by people profiting off the fact that they have large sums of Money they didnt even work for and gained by exploiting workers. Retirement funds and pension funds aren’t in any sort of peril from folks on their last legs declaring bankruptcy. Do you know who is in peril? Folks who are in crippling debt, which is one of the leading causes of suicide because they see no way out, and bankruptcy has been so heavily stigmatized by captial owners that they dont even consider it an option.
