I wanted to start with TNG but my partner insisted on starting at the beginning, that being said its been really fun watching tropes get introduced, like Kirk getting his shirt ripped and bones saying, “I’m a doctor not a -----” its really good if you even slightly enjoy campy stuff and has gotten tons of laughs from us as we watch it. But yeah TNG is the best place to start imo.

My guy, you are aware the the whole point of the solar punk movement is about using daydreaming and art about an ideal utopia to help bring it about right? Imagination is one of humanity’s superpowers, and I’m currently building the class conciousness necessary to have an actionable future, where the end goal is an extremely solar punk esc future, I am not under the illusion that I will live to seek the future I am fighting for, but that doesnt mean I’m not going to keep working towards it by spreading its message.

Nah that’s too lofty for them, i think in a just world they would have to produce labor like the rest of us, death and space is too kind a fate. (Not that labor is bad, but they think its a fate worse than death)
