GreyFalcon, to linux in What's your experience with a touchscreen laptop on your distro?

manjaro running on an old yoga 12. no problems. it’s the old ladies, so i would have heard.

GreyFalcon, to piracy in Prime is adding ads to their streaming service

Ebay for stuff, because you are usually dealing with a person that has some care for your order. Ebay doesnt wait 2 weeks to ship my stuff. Amazon now waits to ship so they can combine my orders. So in the past few months my ebay use is way up and my amazon use is way down. As far as content goes, piracy is still an awesome thing. I pay for physical books and music from bandcamp, the rest is acquired. I think people get lazier and dumber the closer you get to the equator. Thanks for your comment. a guy at 59.9n.

GreyFalcon, to linux in Alright, I'm gonna "take one for the team" -- what is with the "downvote-happy" users lately?

I vote down stuff I don’t want to read. Nothing more than that.

GreyFalcon, to piracy in It's funny how google pretends the music on YouTube isn't straight up piracy and everyone just goes along with it

I like your style! Keep it up! We live in a world where people are increasingly choosing to live in delusion.

GreyFalcon, to linux in Manjaro OS

I have manjaro running on six machines. No problems that were not Just part of learning. Two of those computers were for testing different distros… All ended up with Manjaro.

Hate is for people that don’t create, or improve their own world.

GreyFalcon, to linux in What are people daily driving these days?

Already tried it a few times. Back to manjaro.

Manjaro kde on 3 computers in the ham shack, manjaro KDE on the media center, and guess what’s on the two lap tops…you got it…manjaro KDE. Most have windows 10 dual boot on a separate drive. I haven’t spent the time to figure out radio control and antenna switching on Linux so windows is still needed for radio contesting.

I have tried many and keep going back to manjaro, everything just works. The Arch wiki is awesome, and the aur has multiviewer to F1, ready to go.
