It heavily depends on the content. While on dumb Videos there are dumb comments and on Minecraft Videos there are childish ones on the high quality of entertainment I watch only perfectly balanced comments are shown.

It depends on the website you are visiting, whether you are loged in on Google and how much cookies you allow and a lot more. Also using Chrome may help because it collects more data.

Sometimes loging out of Google also helps.

For revanced I can say it must be a change on Youtubes site. Because I had the same issue with a relatively new Version of Youtube and revanced on Android 12.

There is the new app grayjay.app which might be a solution for you. YouTube flagging your account is a risk you probably already take with revanced
