I would always see and hear about poor people having their homes broken into and things stolen and I was always like “Why don’t you rob someone who’s rich?”
Because rich people have better security. Which makes it harder. 😮💨
“Probably didn’t know we could map the human genome… but in 2003…”
I graduated high school in 2003, and had already heard the human genome had been mapped before entering high school. It may not have been true at the time, but I never once heard that it wouldn’t be completed due to the complexity. lol
Actually quite a few of these were already being taught at my high school before it was more common knowledge. Like the stuff with Columbus and Edison. Which now makes me think my school was actually more progressive than I initially thought.
Matt Stone and Trey Parker bought the real Casa Bonita and improved everything all around; from the decor and atmosphere, the food and drinks, and pays the staff, IIRC, $32/hour.
It’s not a big conglomerate, but it’s the closest example I could even think of.
And it’s outright pointless to sprinkle it over meats, it’s like dropping a bucket of water in the ocean.
Hard disagree.
I’ve experimented a lot with my meats (I like to bbq steaks and make jerky) and seasonings, and I can definitely notice a huge improvement when I use Accent (pure MSG) over when I don’t, even when it’s the only thing not shared between two pieces of meat cooked together.
Salt + pepper is good.
Salt + pepper + MSG is even better.
Salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and MSG is the GOAT.
