Krauerking, to memes in I just had to throw out a batch that I'd barely started.

Province makes me think you are in Canada, i will say it gets worse the further south you go and i think it’s a heat and humid air in tue big warehouse where everything is kept all together kinda thing. Further north it gets better in the winter and worse in the summer again but i cant escape the bagels getting moldy within like 3 days of buying them and veggies being limp amd rotting within a similar time depending on which ones i got.

Krauerking, to memes in I just had to throw out a batch that I'd barely started.

Every Costco seems to have a mold problem. If you dont eat or freeze stuff from them that can get moldy expect it to within like 3 days. And this has been true of 3 states

Sure, that’s a great scale if the goal of it is “What should I wear for the climate” and could be fully functional to that purpose with hundreds of degrees of the scale.

What we base scales on are entirely arbitrary and meant to be there for a purpose. If that purpose is clothing than it’s succeeding at it’s job.

The Fahrenheit scale is just based on a person saying that’s what they felt like was absolutely cold and what was hot based on personal feelings and marking thermometers which ones on the market often didn’t even match each other. It was for the people as an emotional barometer to the temp. Celsius is definitely a scientist one which picked a standard but why water? They could have picked so many elements or compounds but had to specify what ocean’s water because they aren’t all equal. It’s all arbitrary. Dance in the nonsense.

You know what? When it comes to cars I can always tell AI by the wheels. Like they are too smooth and always have weird wing nuts or empty voids of spaces. It’s at a glance the wheels were wrong with this one too.
And then your comment pointed out a lot more obvious things. Wooh just a look around this thing is wild.

Krauerking, to piracy in Using the "frog in boiling water" technique

And that is why I pay for things I actually use. And suggest other people do as well. I pirate the stuff that is being removed or I know I can watch free with garbage ads or if I went to goodwill with a dollar but still pay for my music and YouTube. I’ll get a lot out of my hundred bucks I give them a year and my artists know I appreciate them.

People are really used to free. They forget even their servers have costs even. Piracy should be a hobby or used when you don’t have the means because of circumstances beyond your control. Bit an entire fuck everything personality.

Krauerking, to comicstrips in I used to think X

A lot of them do it for the dopamine of feeling better about it. Not out of a rational decision to be better. Most people live and die by what gives them their feel good chemicals

Oh, I’m… I’m so sorry.

Krauerking, to memes in Rust Lord squad for life

Hell yeah! Bringing back Shaggy memes!

Krauerking, to science_memes in Seriously???

I can’t fucking believe they leaned into that… Like out of nowhere considering Kong island. And still haven’t brought it back up to do anything with it instead of immediately doing a journey to the center of the earth’s sun monster mash.

Krauerking, to science_memes in it's got the juice

Yeah it even stabs unwanted pests. You really need the squash in there to run interference on this public display of agricultural debauchery.

Krauerking, to science_memes in Pretty interesting, huh?

Well dolphins are already being cooked to death in shallow rivers and most of the crabs are gone. Are they fine?

The planet and the concept of organic life will likely be fine but a massive extinction of most life really isn’t “fine” it’s horrific and should be a wake up call at the concept of that amount of loss of life and diversity.

Whatever remains even if humans are part of it would be so vastly different it’s hard to even begin to predict the appearance of it. It’s like saying don’t worry the dinosaurs survived their apocalypse cause that chicken you ate for dinner shared an ancestor.

Best case scenario is a mostly dead planet where we stay in large concrete bunkers all day and eat the phytoplankton blooms on the surface of the ocean that killed most interior life for protein and substance while we hide from the sun… Yay. What a life. And that’s saying no one struggles while drowning and throws bombs around.

I know hope is how people get through all this and you just got to keep it to move forward but like we need to realistically look at the future in order to not just be blinded by a false hope because it’s easier and what is needed to be sold to people so they keep consuming without looking at where it’s leading us.

There isn’t hyperbole in the horrors that happen because we couldn’t get our shit together.

What don’t like mayonnaise and frozen vegetable mix of carrots and beans on your soft sloppy pizza? Why not?

Krauerking, to comicstrips in Twinkle twinkle little douche [Extra Fabulous]

I love the star shooting through the panes. The action on this is pretty great

Krauerking, to comicstrips in Riven – Port Sherry (Pedro Arizpe)

Probably all of them?

Krauerking, to piracy in What type of piracy do you use the most?

Yeah I’m basically back to 2012 with public torrents and ripping from streaming websites I don’t trust very well. And downloading to an external hard drive that very well might die on me and ruin my day eventually.

But now I have a jellyfin server to watch it on, so I got that going for me, which is nice.
