Fair point about the light pollution. In my town they’ve been replacing the street lights with LED versions and it seems the beams are now more concentrated and lighting the street instead of everything in the proximity.

I hope a change like this may happen to your street in the future.

It seems these things happen more often with glass side panels. I don’t how how or why, but it’s not just you and most likely it’s not your fault.

I don’t know how many might be still be around, but I know for a couple of movies where they are. I don’t think they have been properly archived and/or converted to digital media yet. I would like to see if there are people in The Netherlands that can do these things and if the current owners of the rolls of film are willing to.

Whenever I come across something I’d have to build myself, I just give up. No matter the instruction, there is always something wrong.

Only on sunday, when there’s special visitors over. The rest of the time we sit on plastic chairs in the room next to the kitchen.

That’s how some of my relatives do it. Even when we were over we were sitting in the plastic chairs. I don’t get why they would live like this.
