Why do most people refuse to accept that they are wrong

I have come across a lot’s of people like these. like 99% of them. Sometimes it makes me think twice if what i am saying is wrong? What’s wrong with them. Is it so hard to swallow your pride and acknowledge that the other person is speaking facts? When they come to know they are wrong they proceed to insult/make fun of...

The answer is 1: they’re stubborn, but more importantly 2: it’s because the human brainly is wired to hate conflicting ideas. Quite literally, when a belief or idea of yours in countered, your brain tells you “your feeling pain and in danger”, and this applies to every person, though some people feel it more strongly than others.

Depends on the situation. On the one hand, you can choose to teleport and go anywhere instantly and be able to save time, money, and get tasks done faster. On the other hand, you could choose invisibility to avoid Carl the office dickhead and prank the shitty hr department.

It depends on many things for me. Right now I’m playing serious sam Siberia mayhem, which is actually really fun. It has smooth and fast based combat as well as swarms of difficult enemies. Highly story rich games are also fun to me, such as as metal gear rising: revengance.

500 years into the future. Far easier to adapt and hopefully the English dialect hasn’t changed severally or devolved into random internet jibberish.

Let’s see, the joker? No. Golb? No. Bill cypher? Good choice, but no. As stupid as this answer might be, for me, it’s most likely homelander from the boys. Homeland is established to be a cruel, terrifying, and sociopathic villain who doesn’t care about who lives or dies, and all though that can be said about the ither villans I had listed, homelander is diffrent. For an example, the joker kidnapped Jason Todd, tortures him, and became the ultimate reason red hood even kills, but homelander doesn’t kill people to hurt someone else, he just kills because he likes it. The joker does everything he does to get closer to batman to mess with him, but homelander just wants to see blood. Another example, Bill Cypher torments Ford and uses the people of gravity falls as his puppets, but he does that because he felt restricted by his realms 2 dimensions and wanted to be a God. Homelander thinks he is God, and thus believes he can just do anything he wants, a decides not to commit mass genocide, but torment people one at a time and either convince them to kill themselves or kills them because he’s done toying with them.
