I prefer Windows because I don’t need all the extra customization and in depth features, and I don’t want to bother setting them up. Like sure I could use commands to queue up file transfers, but I would never have the need and could get 99% of the way there with a drag and drop…
Aside from the fact that no sane person would mock you for trying to better yourself, you could also start smaller and just, say, go for walks or swimming at a local pool or other not-gym forms of exercise.
1 hour for dinner? That’s why I stick to microwave meals on workdays. Done eating in 20-25 no problem, while watching whatever show I enjoy at the time
