People who can’t dodge stationary objects shouldn’t have a driver’s license. I’m not saying that it doesn’t happen, but it really shouldn’t.

Or at least, if you visit reddit, don’t click on any ads or contribute in a meaningful way. In addition, never directly link to reddit. In a way, all your actions that affect reddit in any way should be to the detriment of reddit. It’s like trying to cut down a sequoia with a sharp pebble, but even small livestock shits.

I do like that moderation log feature on at least one lemmy instance. It allows you to see what the mods are doing and helps avoid communities with bad moderators. Or at least it would if you could search by community.
