SmoothIsFast,

Sounds like you just keep hydrated and get sufficient electrolytes while drinking. Unless you are like blackout levels of drinking hydration, food and electrolytes will keep you in action from my experience. The other thing is when do you drink, if you drank real late your gonna be intoxicated while trying to sleep which would kill your ability to get deep sleep and rem sleep which are the stages that promote physical and mental recovery. Fuck with that and don’t stay hydrated and fed while drinking and you are in for a bad time, regardless of age. I think in your twenties your more likely to also be crawling bars which means you have food and hydration options readily available that your probably gonna have in addition to the alcohol so the main issue becomes lack of rem and deep sleep creating a mild hangover for most early on. Also as you get older, you’re more likely to hurt yourself doing something you felt invincible doing in your 20s so that physical recovery stage becomes ever more important cue worse hangovers. But im not a doctor, so if I’m off here on any of my explanations, please correct me.

SmoothIsFast, (edited )

And not just water, electrolytes as well! Keep drinking the beer and water and your gonna piss out all your needed salts very quickly which can still lead to dehydration. Every 3 glasses of water drink one body armor (or Gatorade or your preferred electrolyte drink/mix) basically and you should be relatively a ok the next day.

Edit: made the last sentence a bit more clear

SmoothIsFast,

Not really, hangovers are literally dehydration mixed with poor mental and physical recovery if you fall asleep while drunk. Sober up before the nights end, get some hydration and food in you and you should be good to go. If you are going to sleep fucked up then nothing is gonna save you from a hangover whether you are young or not.

SmoothIsFast,

Say that too loudly, and you might upset the apple crowd lol

SmoothIsFast,

You can also get grayjay, which will also condense twitch, nebula, youtube, etc into one consistent feed without trackers or ads. Also it supports the down vote plug-in and 3rd party comment solutions so you can get even more from the app then you can with say revanced which is just the regular old YouTube app with patches.

SmoothIsFast,

Not all artists have labels, there are a lot of independents and getting 0.001 cents per play from Spotify is basically robbery compared to what sites like SoundCloud will pay per stream…

SmoothIsFast,

They get fractions of a penny per play, you are better off streaming it once on SoundCloud for them then listening a hundred times on Spotify. All the dick riding here is from people who do not understand the business model of streaming services and how they steal all profit from those creators bringing content to their platform. Ad monetization does not fucking work it creates businesses with massive losses so data brokers can eventually scoop up the data from the ashes of the service and feed it to marketing departments at other companies for a fee, and no artists do not get a cent from those sales it’s a joke. Buy directly from the artist on band camp or donate via patreon if they have it.

SmoothIsFast,

Spotify pays like 0.003 per stream the fuck are you talking about? Either you are racking up millions of plays or you are straight talking out your ass. Granted taking a shitty label deal is not something to promote, but don’t act like Spotify actually pays shit, because it does not…

Selling 20 albums at $10 would net around $200, getting 20 people to listen to your album on Spotify nets maybe 80 cents…

SmoothIsFast,

Sure for major artists pulling in millions a year, but at that point fuck em. For indy and unsigned artists, directly buying their media goes basically straight to them and is usually the highest margin item they have. If they are a massive artist sure their merch has economy of scale setup and they rake in money through that but I don’t support massive wealth inequality so they can fuck right off.

SmoothIsFast,

The point is more relevant when your work hardware is trash. My work machine has 16gb of ram and a quad core, my personal pc is a 12core, with 64gb of ram. If I could get at least 32gb of ram at work, I’d mind less, but it’s a pain in the ass with my current setup.
