I’m ngl. The amount of carcasses I see along the road everyday heading to work has made me want to stop driving for years now.

I’m not even vegan but seeing all those rotting animals decorating ditches day in and day out fills me with rage.

And knowing some stupid fucks go out of their way to hit animals makes my blood boil.

It’s the same with birds.

Growing up I used to get woken up by the sounds of thousands of birds tweeting and chirping.

Now I’m lucky to hear a bird that isn’t a crow

I think the main point here is people around those ages aren’t fully capable of making those kinds of decisions in the first place.

There’s a reason why most marriages end in divorce after all.

Get married before you have a clue. Get a clue after being married a couple years. Get a divorce because you realize you had no idea what you were doing.

My middle school gym locker room had completely open showers. Like the kind you see in prison scenes on TV. No dividers. No curtains. Just an open room with a bunch of shower heads

I actually think about the ignored psychological effects of dealing with that level of physical pain so soon after being born a lot.

Birth is already a traumatic experience for both mother and infant. But to then immediately, with no anesthesia, cut an extremely sensitive part of the infants body off? That has to leave some kind of mental scarring.

Kibble is still made with meat in it it’s just been pressed and dehydrated.

It’s a reference to some stupid ass vegans that think obligate carnivores can survive on a plant based diet.

There’s a reason I said some vegans and not all.

I don’t really care what people choose to eat. If you’re vegan good for you, same with vegetarian or whatever diet you prefer.

I’ve just seen stories about vegans starving animals of proper nutrients trying to prove animals can survive on plant based diets and it’s been a joke for a long time.

Slow cooking is the superior method of cooking meat anyway.

The only reason people prefer high heat cooking is because it’s faster but I prefer quality over quantity ¯⁠\⁠⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠⁠/⁠¯

I remember Hugh Jackman specifically talked about it in an interview as part of why he wanted to stop being wolverine. He was getting tired of the unhealthy regime of dehydrating to look as clean cut as possible.

I mean a core part of most martial arts is just learning how to control the body.

Knowing how to move would still be a decent advantage for someone like that
