EDIT: Oh, I’m dumb as hell. InstallShield was opening a new popup that for some reason appeared under all my other windows and didn’t appear in the taskbar, so I didn’t realize it was open. PC. I love a beefy rig for gaming. I build myself so it is cheaper than laptop. My Smart TV is like a tablet with a big screen and has taken over some things that my PC used to do.
