Is this VPN comparison breakdown trustworthy?

I’m shopping for a VPN providers, and really struggling to find a detailed and non-biased breakdown of the various options. A number of years ago, I recall finding an extremely detailed VPN comparison spreadsheet that had 30+ columns, which were contained criteria by which the VPNs were judged both quantitatively and...

whats the difference in trusting a remote vpn provider or remote vps provider? from a privacy standpoint… btw my vps is hosted in russia and I cant touch it… can you touch the server that host your vpn???

I don’t know what size my vps provider is compared to your VPN provider but I’m pretty sure they would tell the US government to fuck off if they asked for data… They are from Russia

if you can see a server is sending 167 packets of X size and you can see a client is receiving the same, it doesnt matter that it goes through a VPN? You probably also could time the packets… or decrypt them if they are encrypted using a CA

Heya! I’m looking to install Linux for the first time on parts from my old pc builds to use as a media centre and multiplayer gaming system in my living room. Something with as clean as possible interface with room for customization would be cool. Oh and support for my old nvidia gpu....

Am I running the risk of getting my Google account banned for logging into the Aurora Store or a custom rom like GrapheneOS?

I guess there is no need to introduce what a Degoogled phone is (or a custom ROM without google services, like GrapheneOS is) and the Aurora Store is basically said in a crude way the Google Playstore but without the need to log in to your Google account, quite useful in my opinion....

There’s a Firefox redirect extension… when I used to use reddit I redirected www.reddit.com to old.reddit.com
