Honestly, if such incompetent developers weren’t as arrogant as to argue how their bullshit is the right way to go, I would agree with you. But instead their bullshit philosophy is the expected way to work in many places, and it’s the cancer of computer development, so the anger is deserved IMO.
Pretty much the title. I’ve been watching more realistic super hero shows like The Boys and Invincible. The reoccurring themes is that with great power comes great immorality....
This is not a math problem but a calculator engineering problem. Some solve the sub operations from right to left while other do it from left to right.
Industrial production of food is not the problem. Capitalism is.
I mean, good for you if you want to play in a garden with plants, but I don’t want to do that. And this kind of production is not enough to feed everyone.
Hunting and gathering wasn’t peace and love. There were wars and resources access problems already. Farming is simply much more efficient. Hunting can only feed people until you reach the natural reproduction of the animals. Same for gathering and plants. Domestication and farming is the process of increasing the volume of food you can have access too. Thus you can feed more people more reliably and with less space.
Human population on earth is directly linked to food access.
I find it so funny that these plastic and credit score are a problem since like 50 years but somehow farming and civilization would be responsible for it. Like capitalism is the only outcome for civilization. It’s scary how people are conditioned with this.
That’s called cooking. And we usually call it meat instead of dead animal, because it’s a specific part of the dead animal that’s tasty and nutritive once cooked.
Another problem is about where to redirect the overcharge. In space there is no ground where the current can go. Yet you need to dissipate the energy somewhere.

An answer that posit that disk space is infinite and free and embrace the black box philosophy. Soon we will have machine priests doing rituals to maintain them I guess.
I hate this philosophy so much! I hate developers for it! It’s like they gave up on even trying to do anything about retrocompatibility and managing libraries and dependancies.
Anyway it will collapse soon. I just wish it was sooner.

Politics is not science. A political decision does not rely on facts, it’s a moral decision or a jump into the unknown, or it is a arbitration, a choice to make on allocating resources or choosing a path for society.
Now there is a lot of lies and wrongs they’re saying, and it is a problem. But this is a problem with accountability and information. Media are a big problem. Political accountability and responsability is a big question and a difficult problem to solve. Science methods and knowledge can help, but they are not applicable for most of these problems.
The Shar-worshipping crazy goth chick is a great character concept. Trouble is, the game seems to throw a lot of great light-related cleric spells and equipment at us, and all the alternatives seem to be bad. From an RP point of view, Shadowheart obviously shouldn’t be wielding a light-emitting mace, wearing radiance armor,...
I’m going to try a cleric/rogue for my next playthrough. You don’t need darkness really. A rogue would fit her shady nature. Sneak attack works with invoke duplicity. Dual wield would allow the use of off-hand after invoke duplicity. Blessing of the trickster allows for an ally to sneak with her. Likewise pass without trace. Mirror image helps for fighting in melee. Blindness or hold person are great with sneak attack. Silence is also a sneaky spell.
Medium armors are good with average to high dexterity, and become even better in act 3.
Items would be those of a rogue but with a medium armor. Assassin would probably be my subclass.
