Highly recommend bright light therapy the moment you wake up or at the desired wakeup time. I can’t imagine what it must be like for those unaware of these things, the darkness would have me on the brink

    You could try to start replacing individual things with better alternatives. Its much harder to just suddenly change your diet

    In actual English, its more like “kiss my ass”, doesn’t really go too far into detail. We reserve the alternate implication for kiss-asses, which are also caller brown-nose[er]s (sycophants and tattle-tales/teachers pets)
