I have never seen an American denouncing what happened on Kent State, something they could theoretically do something about, but I have see them denouncing Tiamen every day, something they couldn’t do something about. How is that?

I mean, have ever the US government acknowledge how fuck up was that the army killed pacifist protesters and nobody was persecuted about? How about starting with that. About the reception of posts criticizing what happened on Kent State is hard to know, because I have never see on my life anyone talking about it. I guess you would need an HBO series showing it for Americans to learn anout their own history, as it happened with Tusla, because that the only way they learn about that things.

Kinda related, in the company I used to work everything was done in SAS, an statistical analysis software (SAS duh) that fucking sucks. It’s used to be great, but once your on their environment you are trapped for fucking forever. I hated it and refuse to learned it over what was basic for my daily tasks. A couple of months I moved to another company that used to pay a consulting firm for my job, so my boss and me had to start everything fresh and the first thing we did was to study what are going to use as statistics software and I fight tooth and nails for Python and one of the points I pushed was that if in the future we decide to move out of Python we could easily can do it, while other solutions could locked up us with them.

I was trying to find if is safe to mix LSD with energy drinks and the only place where someone was answering that was on reddit, restricted because is 18+ somehow. Had to use the tip given from OP to see it outside the app. The general consensus (because this shit can’t be properly researched) is that caffeine in general is not recommended with LSD.

Im using Jerboa, and one of the functionalities that RiF had that I would love they implement is that everytime you clicked a link a pop-up come up with the address of the link and options to copy, open in default app, share to app or cancel. Saved me a lot of redirects that I didn’t wanted.

The functionality you describe should be found under a long press, imo.

I prefer the pop-up, but looks like jerboa devs share your opinion and its actually work on long press.

There’s this French documentarian, Agnes Vardo, who do autobiographical, and pretty artistic and abstract documentaries. In one of them, she is meeting a group of Romani, and they teach her where the potato farmers discard all the potatoes that are not good enough for the supermarkets and she get a lot of potatoes with the shape of hearts.

A company can be family owned and being public at the same time. I work in one, just happen that the family who owns it have a controlled majority of the shares.
