Thanks for the well intentions, but so far I know it’s not the disks, I changed them last year. I run Linux Mint, so I use other tools to monitor the disks and memory. I actually suspect it’s the graphics card getting funky because running things in software render mode solves the random hang ups.

Get a hobby and find places nearby where people who have that hobby meet and get together. Prime factor is genuine passion and interest on the hobby. You’ll meet tons of people who at least have that same interest than you, which sorts the first step towards friendship. Then as you get to know these people things will sort out by themselves.
