Body armor, jeep, night vision goggles and silenced hand gun.

Each of those are the hardest to obtain of the options except the jeep.

Start with the jeep and put on body armor. If it’s night travel with lights off and use night vision goggles.

Everything else is stuff you can find later easily with a few unimportant exceptions.

The caveat is that it has to be easy for people to find it and buy it without jumping through hoops. If you gotta jump through hoops just to buy it, you might as well jump through hoops and get it for free.

Ah. Yup that was it. In hindsight makes sense they were just showing off what the captured - not how they planned to use it.

And now that it’s not really what happened I am enjoying the idea of a fictional version of a drive by on one of those.
