hperrin,

Ok, I don’t get it. Can you explain it to me?

hperrin,

I always thought this was a funny scene, because if you know what the parts of a printer are called, it’s obvious what “PC Load Letter” means. So Michael is obviously just bad at his job.

Load letter sized paper into the paper cassette, in case you didn’t know.

hperrin,

Everyone made fun of me for bringing a bunch of handheld radios to my sister’s campsite wedding (except my sister, actually, who loved the idea). Well it turns out the lot we were going to park everyone at was a tow away lot, so we needed to valet cars. My radios came in clutch for coordinating that.

hperrin,

No turning into required. Humans are already food. Just ask bears.

hperrin,

Also even if you are protected from the repercussions of moving at super speed, anything you move isn’t. If you carry your friend across the street, your friend is now pulverized and probably burnt to a crisp. If you move your water bottle, congrats on delivering a pressure vessel of steam to wherever you just went. Acceleration that fast and impacts at that speed would destroy basically everything you touch while moving at super speed.

hperrin,

I think we’re a delicacy in that part of the world.

hperrin,

The Boy Scouts trained me for this moment.

hperrin,

There’s a setting to make it look like an Android app. It’s got a couple quirks, but it’s good enough.

Is this Seagate Exos drive too good to be true?

I found this its the cheapest 10TB Exos drive on Newegg and looking to buy 4 of them. I will be putting them in my NAS that I use for my media library and pc backups. The price I’m posting this is $130, I’m also looking similar Exos drives that are $250 is there a difference? Should I shell up for the more expensive drives?

hperrin,

Aren’t they meant to go in data centers? You wouldn’t want a drive in a data center to spin down. That introduces latency in getting the data off of them.

hperrin,

My server doesn’t have a GUI, so the terminal is what’s there. As for my desktop, terminal is just easier for some things. And for my own stuff, it’s easier and faster than building a GUI for all the things I’m doing.

I created an email service with computer, so it must be beautiful, right? I think it is.

I can’t lie though, part of why I created an email service was to be “hip”.

hperrin,

I’m using a Fractal Meshify 2. It’s big, but I highly recommend it. It can hold 11 HDDs. I’ve only got 6 in mine, and it’s quite roomy.

hperrin,

The other day I was talking on the phone with a friend and I said out loud, “how many damn polar bears do I need to click to get into your fucking store”, and he knew exactly what I meant.

hperrin,

Well then I say fuck you right back. I’m sniffing my Steam Deck and there’s nothing they can do to stop me.

hperrin,

We invented Bed Bath & Beyond in that time though. That’s not nothing.

hperrin,

“Oh shit, Jeremy left his phone here, I’ll call him to let him know.”

beep boop boop beep

rrrrriiiiing

“Oh yeah.”

hperrin,

Don’t forget that you can’t haul much because the dumbass designers sloped the walls of your bed. You have plenty of room for friends though, if you could make any.

hperrin,

I don’t know if this is its intended purpose, but every time I move I watch Hoarders so I’m compelled to throw away a bunch of my stuff.

hperrin,

Something that maybe a software engineer union could solve.

hperrin,

GUIs are for the weak. Monitors are for the weak. My PC is connected to a keyboard and a printer. Hackerman

Online gaming requires servers to run, and servers require money. Either the game is more expensive, the online is a subscription, or you have to run the server yourself. There are games that do each of these.

Edit: or microtransactions. Fuck microtransactions.

hperrin,

You could also try Krita, which is free.
