I also learned that you can copy a video link and paste it into VLC media player and it will play!
You can also use this trick to download YouTube videos without the need of a 3rd party website!
Copy the URL of the YouTube video you wanna download
VLC / Media / Open network stream… And paste your URL
Once the video has opened, Tools / Media Information
Copy the URL in the “Location” field and paste it into your web browser, you should have the option to save the video
It’s a couple of steps but once you memorize what you need to do it’s a million times faster (and I’d wager equally times as private) than finding one of those websites to give you a link.
Maybe I’m dumb but I don’t understand the “format” - are the top and bottom sections of text supposed to be related to the middle text? Why is the text over a bottle of alcohol?
Someone else answered but yes it’s a boomer expression. Basically to mean you’re in trouble with your spouse. (They aren’t letting you in their bed so you go to sleep with your dog in the dog house.)
Have you tried unplugging it with things powered on to make sure the battery is working? The batteries are supposed to be replaced every couple years, I found out when I started having power outages last winter and my (seasonic) PSU just turned off when the power flickered and PC was running. I bought a replacement battery off Amazon for cheap and it was easy to swap out.
Yeah, I have my own password generation scheme. Not the most secure thing in the world but I’m at least able to log in to my accounts from other people’s computers. One of these days I’ll get around to using a password manager but I just can’t be bothered.
Like others have said they’re probably using Google as a password manager. When you’re making an account for anything while in the Chrome browser it recommends strong passwords for you such as UjafUif&i$ureT6hj9gzq5hvc$tcgo0be3. Would you memorize it?
