I used to make giant bowls of slaw on the daily and the first thing I did was get my salt, sugar, vinegar ratio set. Once had that shit tangin’ out, I’d add the rest of the spices with a dollup of mayo. Slap dash and taste as you go, so fun.

The LD characters seemed annoying because they were cartoonish, on account of them being cartoons. They played it up to be how people act in the future. But it doesn’t feel out of place in the actual cartoon. Imho.

    I’m not straight, which probably matters to you. I just don’t think perpetuating predijuce is justifiable or helpful. On the contrary, I believe predijuce only perpetuates more predijuce.

    Both perspectives are true and effort is the key in either case.

    Not everyone is destined to lose appreciation for the moment, regardless of “newness”.

    Nor is everyone so easily adept at willing it to be so.

    But engaged awareness, to your point, is a helpful consideration to be sure!
