CephalonFaye, to memes in New meme format just dropped

Feel free to correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t think the US gave Israel funds as this meme is implying (other than maybe humanitarian aid). They are willingly selling them weapons though.

fox2263,

So Israel is funding America

PatFussy, (edited ) to comicstrips in Meet Tom the Dancing Bug's newest character: Mickey Mouse!

Are people really allowed to use the name mickey with the mouse? I imagine Disney coming down on this comic very swiftly if not. Im sure the lawyers at Disney would find the labor comix hysterical.

Microplasticbrain,

Yea i thought it was steamboat willie that was released

Moobythegoldensock, (edited )

Watch Steamboat Willie. The title card says it’s a “Mickey Mouse Sound Cartoon.”

Steamboat Willie was actually the third Mickey cartoon developed, but was the first to get wide release. All three prominently featured Mickey’s name.

philthi, to comicstrips in Woop! That was embarrassing!

Haha, if someone remembers something that everyone else has forgotten is it really embarrassing… No one would believe him anyway!

abbadon420, (edited )

That is true. A friend of mine always remembers everything. She once bumped into someone she knew from some party long ago and was like. “Oh hi Angela, how’s your uncle’s business doing now? Did you and your brother manage to get cash register working again?”, because she remebered that in that single conversation they had that night Angela mentioned her name and that she and her brotger had been helping her uncle start a business that entire summer and some cash register or whatever thing had malfunctioning that day… or some minute, irrelevant detaik like that.

Needless to say, Angela was creeped out and noped the fuck out of there.

Why a flower and not an evil witch?

Kachilde,

That’s Bob the Angry Flower. Did not even realise that there were still comics being made. Their archive goes back to 1992

drislands,

This is so absurd, I love it!

Good shit

moistclump, to comicstrips in Leo, The Giant Underground Fungus

Funguses are so neat.

sundray,

It’s true! But a sadly underrated biological kingdom.

21Cabbage, to comicstrips in My Dad is Dracula (and a Trusty Brick)

Only time I ever saw a brick as a kid was when one came through the window of the trailer, had a note on it that read ‘cut yo grass’. That’s how they do it in the mobile homeowners association. Credit to a comedian by the name of Dusty Slay since that isn’t my joke.

Kinda feels like you could make a 4 picture graph from each country with varying levels of grime.

Except NK, they probably only have the one spotless one.

Pog, to memes in God bless the imperial system and bald eagles 🦅🦅🦅🦅 (oil too)

This reads like a thinly veiled pro-China pro-north Korea propaganda post ngl

BradPittIsGod,

Couldn’t care less about those countries

*New York City

Other metro systems look way nicer, looking through the images on a “American subway station” search

Sartre and Camus would agree.

Easy to have high speed rail when a dictator makes all the decisions and doesn’t have to worry about political opposition or profitability. (Talking about China in case it wasn’t obvious.)

edit: Yes, the U.S. need to improve its infrastructure. But don’t compare us to the likes of China since their form of government gives them an advantage when it comes to large government-backed projects.

Im_old,

Yes, but… London has great underground network qnd service as well without the dictatorship. France too. Stockholm as well. Sorry, your argument is based on one data point only.

balderdash9,

I’m not even sure you know what my argument is. I haven’t articulated a full point so I think there’s some filling in the gaps going on. But what I wrote up above (without people reading into it) is factual.

vzq,

France doesn’t. Paris does.

Here’s another point for ya; age.

London (it’s geographical location)has been a living space and communal hub since 43CE, maybe if we give America a thousand years or so they will also build public transportation.

TaTTe,

“The great London underground, established 1043 CE.”

No, sadly it was much later than that. It’s like saying “shaq can dunk but this stupid fucking infant over there can’t even dribble the ball”. Yes, great point I am so enlightened.

lawrence, to comicstrips in Meet Tom the Dancing Bug's newest character: Mickey Mouse!

That is brilliant.

When do we expect the isekai anime adaptation?
