I’ve been on Reddit for over a decade. But I’m done with that site and want to do something else. What do normal people look at on their phones? Is it all social media? Streaming?
I have Feedly app and a bunch of RSS feeds about tech, world news, board games, video games, robotics, space, and pop culture. It’s great! Sure I get a few duplicate articles from multiple sites covering the same thing but it’s nice little digital newspaper. And if one site keeps publishing stupid shit I can unsubscribe from it and it’s gone from my feed.
I wish I could claim I wasn’t from the US because its embarrassing to live here right now, but I am. Never watched a single episode of blues clues, it was popular when I was in high school.
No. RF is not affected directly by air movement. However, it can be indirectly affected, by moving the antennae positioning, moving other objects in the way, or causing rain or snow to block the path of the RF. Source: Network Engineer for 10 years
This is why I only work for MSPs that have a closed client list, who pay the MSP for their services. They pay us to be the experts and generally we are treated as such. If a client does end up being unruly or rude, we fire them.

Holy shit. I just open up Plex and it’s all there, and if it’s not I just add it with a few clicks. I had no idea this was really how thing are these days
I have one AP on the west side of the house pointing east, and one of the east side pointing west… great signal everywhere. Don’t have ethernet in the walls? Run it. I took 4 hours out of a Saturday to buy cable, fish tape, a crimp tool, some ends and some wall outlets and wired up my whole house with the help of youtube. No, I don’t do that for work. Oh, and I had to get a 12 inch drill bit, apparently I have 3 2by4s in a row up in the ceiling.
I think budgeting and practical finances should be taught at multiple stages throughout a student’s life. I thought I knew the general idea but didn’t appreciate how much neglecting it would set me back....
