Nah stick with it. Back up and explore a bit more to find alternative routes. It gets great but the atmosphere is EXTREMELY different than act 1

Outside of that adding an emphatic YES! THIS IS A GREAT GAME FOR A GIFT! For the peeps cRPGs speak to, this is it. Small or large doses work. Small and sometimes large doses work GREAT. Do it!

You better make sure that 14yr old nephew is allowed to watch mature/graphic content. It has a lot of sexual and violent themes that some parents might not be too happy with.

I can only enjoy the game in small doses tbh. I need to take breaks since it weirdly uses a lot of my brain to make decisions and pick dialogue.

I really, really hope they are working on the ability to make custom campaigns etc. similar to NWN. That would make it the perfect game for me.

Astarion standing loudly silent in the background while Gale awkwardly rambled about adrenaline and how big and sweaty my muscles were apropos of nothing felt utterly appropriate. It's not my favorite screenshot, but it is secretly up there.

Been playing the game since its release and im happy to see this improvement. Just checked out the epilogue and it has multiple endings as well haha.
On top of that, it opens a few doors to future content on top of the existing ending cutscenes which looks awesome.
Cant wait for a sequel or the next chapter of the baldurs gate 3 story

With all the added endings soon the end will be longer than the game. But I’m not complaining.

What prompted me to make this thread was Lae’zel talking about having gained a foothold in the Astral Plane and fighting against Vlaakith. Could be a lot of fun to play and see the story with the Menyar-Ag-Gith she mentioned.
