funkless_eck, for chopped you probably just blend raspberries red wine vinegar mustard and olive oil. 15 seconds might be a bit less smooth.
if you’re being cheffy add shallots and strain through muslin.

Agent641, A sweet vinegarette for fresh salads is quite common actually, what mostly differs is the flavor you choose. Im partial to a date and balsamic vinegarette on a greek salad, myself.
