If you like syncing across devices, Bitwarden (paid) or Proton Pass. If you already use Bitwarden and don’t like the idea of having passwords and 2FA in the same place, just make a second Bitwarden account.

Honestly there probably is a way to change the sidebar however you like, but it will he buried in a config file and break between upgrades. Dolphin might be a better fit. KDE seems to go the other way, not great defaults, but you can customize as you want.

Why? Don’t get me wrong, I have an Omnia as well and think it’s awesome, but I use it as an all-in-one router, as a pure wireless access point I’m sure you could get something less expensive.
