LavaPlanet, Question: did anyone notice, In TNG, anyone say “data” referring to information, but with the different pronunciation to “Data”, in the show? Why did I not think to look out for this till now!

Well, Pulaski referred to Data (the android) as Data (the form of information).
LavaPlanet, Oh! Someone pronounced his name wrong! Bad form, on them.
Crackhappy, It was intentional because Pulaski was a real asshole to Data at the start.
