Seeing the other post here about YouTuber that went downhill and seeing content creators I am familiar with makes me sad. But how about those that still makes great, high quality content?
Wendigoon, he doesn’t post as frequently as a lot of others but his videos are like an hour long and he researches the fuck out of a subject. He did one about the unabomber recently that he had to break into a two partner because one part was just an hour long interview with the lead FBI investigator on the case.
I save to disk, no one thinks about it until we’re all camping and I’m the only one that decides how many times we’re gonna watch Lord of the Rings this weekend.
It was 2013, people didn’t put a password to open past the lock screen on their personal device back then. The Internet got flooded with revenge amateur porn back then, and it’s one of the reasons why.
I’ve been slowly working my way though a list of skills to learn, both to put on my resume and as personal growth. Networking is the next thing on this list. I am not sure what I am looking for, but I want to start another project. I have built many a personal computer, but the world of networking is a pretty foreign concept...
Networking will take you from being “they guy that fixes computers” to full blown Telco engineer. It’s a lot though, more than I can explain. Get managed switch and start having LAN parties.
As a Christian most of the circles I’m around are pretty chill…no stone-cold fundamentalists. But I have been around people (and even had family members) who are 100% convinced that rock music is evil and will lead people to engage in witchcraft and draw pentagrams all over their home....
I think if that argument holds any water it’s that rock music was originally an offshoot of blues music, which was predominantly an African American music genre in it’s beginning.
I’ve repurposed a 32 GB M.2 SATA SSD as a bootable “USB stick” and I’m putting useful tools on it. So far I’ve got memtest, seatools, gparted live, system rescue, clonezilla, and a live install iso of the distro installed on my PC. What other great bootable tools am I sleeping on?
I put it on a dual boot laptop once because the laptop was to shitty to run to a proper VM and I wanted to get updates at a few different points in time. Intel Core 2 Dou and Windows XP as the other OS. It was more of a project laptop than a daily driver though.
Someone actually did this, then built a nuclear fallout shelter in their backyard in the middle of some city, but he did it all redneck and it blew up or something while building an underground generator or something and killed a 17 year old kid, he went back to jail, got out after another crypto spike, tried to cash out and immediately got sued by the family of the dead kid for wrongful death and got sued by the IRS for back taxes. It’s a fucking rabbit hole of a story.
Are they doing full blown ARM processor’s now? I thought they still had enough devices less than three years old that still used Intel because of the COVID manufacturing delays.
The whole point of me making certain payments with crypto is for it not to be attached to my name. obviously the crypto service company has my cc details. whats the most privacy friendly one? ty :)

Does "Rock music is evil / of the devil" have racist roots?
