No idea where they came from and I’ve seen both way too many times.

Movies/shows I can still see many times today:

  • Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind - it’s just so nicely structured, you always notice something new
  • Glengarry Glen Ross - I finished watching it for the first time and I thought go myself “fuck, I could watch it again” and I did, watch the whole movie again straight away. I can still just go back and watch it. The acting is so amazing it never gets boring
  • Veep - best show ever, I’ve seen every episode probably over 10 times and I still watch it all the time, like when I’m cooking or something. It’s just soooo fucking perfect

I’ve based my theme on sometimes I found but yes, I heavily adapted it. Theming is simple, awesome is flexible but not very pretty. It’s more about usbility. Easily define rules for specific windows, powerful keybindings and so one. For example my config defects if I’m using external monitor or not and changes the widgets accordingly. It’s just one if in the config. I don’t think it’s possible at all in gnome.

Give it a try. Lua is easy and the api has good documentation. There’s plenty of good widgets to use as examples. And if you have any questions just ask.

Tiny bit of backstory: I work in Spain so there’s a lot of kissing on the chicks when greeting someone. Spanish people kiss twice, in western countries people kiss 3 times so sometimes there’s a bit of confusion. Anyway, once a girl from Romania met a French co-worker next to my desk. Typical greeting and she says:

  • How do French people kiss?

The guy got a little bit confused and says:

  • Trust me, you don’t want me to show you how the French kiss…

I just deleted my entire library and redownloaded it.

A lot of my files were shitty 480p versions of movies from the Napster days. Now they’re all 1080p, with a few 720p exceptions (mainly tv series episodes). All in all 500 something files in total. Now just watching uTorrent slowly download them all. Hopefully my VPN keeps the eyes off of me…
