Unless you own the building, you are not obligated to take care of this, the landlord is.

If they aren’t doing that, report them to the city.

Good looking out for your neighbors, but don’t let your landlord neglect shit.

In the United States, the Americans with Disabilities act requires landlords to provide their tenants with a habitable place to live (because that’s what they’re paying for).

Additionally, if anyone slips and falls on a property, the owner is legally liable. Those are facts: It doesn’t matter how you feel about them, they are what they are.

To spam you with ads and steal more of your data of course! Look at the insane permissions on these apps: There’s no reason for them to have access to your contact list, text messages, app manifest, etc. The vast majority of apps have wildly unnecessary permissions because it gets the companies more of your data.

I rarely throw gifts away, if I don’t like them, I try to donate them to an organization or individual.

However, many years ago, someone got me “snow paint” which was, I’m pretty sure, literally just food coloring. You were supposed to use it to color in snow sculptures but I’m pretty sure that one found its way to the trash.

My PC is hacked

I just received a call from an indian microsoft technician. He informed me that my PC is sending a ton of error messages to microsoft. Most likely it has been hacked, and he would help me by remoting in and fixing the problem for me. I just wonder… Is it my PopOs or my Manjaro PC that sends all this info to microsoft?

What killed it, well after reviewing some PS4 gameplay I noticed that it was having audio issues, like it would allow some sounds but not all. It was almost as if it was receiving a 5.1 audio output but was missing the centre channel. Even though the PS4 was set to stereo....
