Xer and glasses never bothered me that much but I did dream of not needing them. Waking up and being able to see clearly when I open my eyes. Well anyway I got nearsided as well and ugh do I ever hate progressive lenses and I still end up taking off my glasses for looking at things close.

xactly. Any other problems are usually self made or if not then the money still can ameliorate them greatly. Like being crippled. Better to have a nice house, someone to come clean, with stair lift and such than to be on the streets with a tiny tim crutch.

even worse is any deals are on downloaded apps. F that. The only good effect for me with that is its an effective way to identify and avoid corporate type institutions as they are top in using it.

I felt like it should be paired with government contracts for something akin to a private dorm room (room, cafeteria with meal plan, laundry, computer lab, wifi, etc.) that negotiates a price that is then what the ubi is pegged at. Folks are guaranteed being able to have at least that option or can utilize it for something else.

what we need with ubi is a progressive tax structure that is across all forms of income equally. In the us the top rate is just above 6 figures and never goes higher and if its from investments it gets taxed in a different system designed for no taxes to be paid (same with corporate)

Part of it for me is im not paying for anything anymore. Avengers endgame was like the last thing I bought and that was mostly just wanting to finish off the story. To much rehashing and to much individual little streaming fifedoms and such.

It shows a canadian function with a visiting dignitary clapping for the ceremony about some dude who did something that was so far before most folks were born that they did not even know the details. Hey do you know what I do know the details about. And it happened in my lifetime and not to long ago so I know the detail. pissant putin and his pathetic invaded ukraine to steal crimea and since no one did anything about it he decided to try and steal some more. but this time. there were ones who did something about it. And they will continue. and guess what. the war will not be won by propoganda and memes no matter how desperately pathetic putin is.

I think the idea that this is a negative but to me it is not. If a domain or magazine is run poorly then folks then I don't want to go to it. I just want the individual ability to block at all levels working well and would love it both ways. I learned my lesson from mmo's. A completely horrible cesspit of a chat can become pretty decent with just a dozen or so blocks. People who block everyone on a whim. Well thats great as I doubt their discourse is going to be beneficial. folks that don't ban even though someones pushing the line will be rewareded with a richer experience.
