I keep them all in a little Tupperware so they don’t roll all over the place. And then I am real careful not to knock the Tupperware off the table.

I remember Targa. TGA had transparency and the format came around in '84.

Kolanaki, to asklemmy in Does wind power cause visual pollution in your opinion?
@Kolanaki@yiffit.net avatar

Dude, the windows in my apartment just look at the wall of another apartment. I would much rather see a god damn wind turbine.

My brain:

Do you have a problem? -> No -> FREAK OUT!

I like the wood aisle. It smells good.

Kolanaki, (edited ) to asklemmy in What's the best music streaming service?
@Kolanaki@yiffit.net avatar

Unless the artist self published it, even buying physical media doesn’t give the actual artist much. If you want to support the actual artist, you go to live shows (with tickets bought at the door and not through Ticketmaster) as well as buying the merch they sell at those events. More of those sales go to the bands. Sometimes even 100% of it.

Now paying anything with it, the 100 bills are probably more managable.

I’d take the 1’s just because almost everywhere I spend money has signs saying they don’t take bills higher than $20.

Kolanaki, (edited ) to nostupidquestions in Is it illegal to charge insane prices for things?
@Kolanaki@yiffit.net avatar

No.

Even Martin Skreli, the dipshit who jacked up insulin prices by 300% didn’t get in trouble for that; he went to prison for security fraud or someshit.

However, if there was say a crisis going on and you raised the price of water you were selling to capitalize on others’ misfortune that tends to be illegal. Like when stores were price gouging on hand sanitizer during the height of the covid lockdowns.

“Man… That title was accurate. Can’t wait for the sequel!”

Not on that series, but the Exocomps do appear again in Lower Decks.

With obesity being a big problem, we could always frame UBI as being for individuals too big to fail as well.

I always liked the Krondor series. It inspired several D&D characters of mine. Like The Witcher, it too has a video game based on it. Though it’s from way back in the day on DOS.
