How safe is it to eat raw eggs?

I wanted to try a japanese dish called tamago kake gohan, it’s basically raw eggs mixed with rice. The problem is that I’m scared to get salmonella from it. Do you guys think it’s safe to eat them? Depends entirely on how old the eggs are and how they’ve been treated. Fresh eggs laid today are very safe, they have a shell for a reason. Salmonella don’t just magically appear in eggs or chicken would have a hard time procreating. Refrigerated eggs are also probably safe to consume for quite a while although you can’t always be sure whether they were continuously refrigerated. Washed eggs however should be considered unsafe because washing them destroys the protective seal the shells provide. So you’ll need to find out what has happened to those eggs between the chicken laying them and you buying them.

As an extra special treat, I get a pizza Hawaii (yes, with pineapple) with extra sauce hollandaise, feta cheese and banana. I realise this is hardly "pizza" anymore but I have no other word for it.

Another special treat is Nutella, salami, strawberry jam and gouda, in that exact order, on bread (as what Anglophones apparently call an "open-faced sandwich"). It's a fucking mess.

Well yes but that second link takes me out of my instance and I can't interact. That's the point of the question: can I link to an individual submission on another instance without leaving my own instance so that I can interact?

More likely I'm not being clear enough. These links all have an instance hard coded into them so I can't easily share them with people outside that instance. Right? Or am I not seeing something? What OP and I are looking for is a way to post a link to an individual submission on any instance that anyone can click on, regardless of their home instance, and be able to interact (this presumes their home instance and the target instance are federated, obviously).

I try to avoid it and be obvious in how I phrase stuff. Though sometimes I can't find the right words to make the sarcasm clear that would be obvious in my voice so that's when I do add a tag.
