Well hello there, I’m diving into the *arr suite of things currently and am trying to setup everything to my usecase. I think I mostly already understood, how a single quality profile works within itself, like upgrading quality and so on. But what I didn’t get yet, why would I want multiple different quality profiles to...
I had a 4k an a 1080 profile because of limited space but now I have everything set to 4k Quality > Quantity And redownloading takes max 10min, so it’s not too bad to delete some stuff
I’m in the market for a Linux friendly ultralight laptop to check web apps and run terminal, nothing fancier then that. Do any cheap systems exits these days? I was looking at a chrome book but apparently the mediatek chip doesn’t play nicely with FOSS....
Yea, I tried with Firefox PWA, but as you have told, it was not usable for me. Most PITA was, that I had to install my plugins on any PWA again and again… I would love using a browser which is not chromium based but has nice PWA features.

Which is not a distro nor a display server but, like kde and gnome, a desktop environment. They are actively working on wayland support as can be seen here: wiki.xfce.org/releng/wayland_roadmap
So just for clarification 😇
And I recognized now that this post was about cinnamon desktop environment, which comes with mint distro, and not the distro itself. So the comparison to GNOME would have been more fitting from my site (they’ll drop Xorg support soon, but still let it be installed in post).
So, yea, and then there is XFCE where we have no real clue when Wayland support is completely ready. But it seems like it could work with something called xwayland that seem to kinda emulate Xorg on wayland 🧐
Finally got back into sailing the high seas and, first thing i did after getting plex set up was get parks and rec since ive missed it so bad after it left netflix. Its great so far but occasionally it loses track of what ive watched and picks up in the middle of like 9 episodes back?...
There is a certain not cheap (paid monthly) one where you feel like a vip using headphones. Sadly I seem to be not allowed to share the name of the Indexer here for some reason. I did once share the best german indexer (my opinion) and my comment got deleted.
Hi there, I’ve recently tried to use the Usenet and I am amazed how much stuff is on there and at which speeds it can be accessed. Yet… Readarr has been giving me a headache recently and I think this is due to some peculiarity of the Usenet....
But only finding the yENC means there was no better named file around so radarr tryharded with lose fitting name of file. If your indexer, or maybe your Usenet provider, don’t have the right file you want.
TIL that operating system Linux is an example of anarcho-communism (en.wikipedia.org)
What's the purpose of multiple quality profiles existing in parallel in Radarr/Sonarr?
