PoisonedPrisonPanda,

Thats some high quality shit here.

Understood from that post even more than from my biology class.

PoisonedPrisonPanda,

Guys please upvote we all need an eli5

PoisonedPrisonPanda,

Can it ever happen to change?

Like an asteroid shower who throws a little momentum on this bastard?

PoisonedPrisonPanda,

Is thats why the tesla autopilot is that bad?

Because the AI gets rid of the polluting factor?

PoisonedPrisonPanda,

Recycling and liking pictures of polar bears.

PoisonedPrisonPanda,

inflatable mattress which had an attached bedsheet that didn’t come off.

Wtf is that?

Are you being pulled down by the sheet then?

PoisonedPrisonPanda,

That sounds more like a punishment than a sleeping occasion

PoisonedPrisonPanda,

LotR should’ve already entered the public domain

Where is the petition to sign up for?

PoisonedPrisonPanda,

So many publications are not worth reading.

Im all in for a revolution of science.

No more bullshitting. No “800 words” required.

If youre able to explain something in 5 sentences and put a table and plot with the results. Do it. No need to elaborate in 5 pages how fucked up your ability is to use thesaurus for synonyms.

Edit. Usually i read the headline and put the article into my bibtex library.

PoisonedPrisonPanda,

Yes I totally agreee.

PoisonedPrisonPanda,

Ive read about such stories. Must be awful.

Im sorry for you. That really sucks.

PoisonedPrisonPanda,

I like to do this for civil constructions.

You ever took a look an desert settlements?

There are so many awesome things to see there, and thinking of all the little humans doing their shit there is mesmerizing.

Kind of Sim city/sims in real life

PoisonedPrisonPanda,

Jokes aside.

It really is exhausting to always seek for knowledge.

I think everybody needs a little bit of silence in his head once in a while.

PoisonedPrisonPanda,

The edge to overoptimize yourself is very close and thats even more a hassle when hobbies become hustles and the brain doesnt distinguish anymore between work and hobby and freetime and me time.

Its a spiral which can lead fast to burnout or other related stuff.

Kudos to you that you made it this far and successfull in a challenging field.

PoisonedPrisonPanda,

If this was meant to be a joke…

i dont get it.

I feel like the Steam Deck is the best proof of Gabe Newell's quote that "piracy is a service issue."

They could have easily crammed the Steam Deck full of stuff to make it hard to use for piracy - locking down everything, making it usable only to play games you legitimately own, force you to go through who knows what hoops in order to play games on it. That’s what Nintendo or Apple or most other companies do....

PoisonedPrisonPanda,

I think steam in general is a proof that its a service issue

PoisonedPrisonPanda,

Oh boy. Dont give them ideas.

PoisonedPrisonPanda,

have no money" issue.

Whos working in that by the way?

PoisonedPrisonPanda,

I was fucking around with my windows pc.

And then i found out that you can fuck more around in linux, and that was the story of my first ubuntu iso burned on a cd.

I had no clue about anything but was blown away by something “different”

PoisonedPrisonPanda,

As others said, depends on the definition.

I throw Tails into the ring.

Having a non-persistent system makes it safe in some way.
