They’re all salt. They just behave differently due to crystal size. Kosher salt forms a better crust than table salt, because it doesn’t just absorb into the meat.
I thought of that. Ships would also be traveling great distances, and account for elevation enroute. It’s not like you’d get to the Enterprise then hang a hard up turn to meet their elevation. You’d travel at an angle.
So yeah, with a 1500 calorie deficit diet, that’s about a 3rd of what you eat for the day, so like 33%. That’s a pretty big chunk, and easily allows you to snack on occasion and still hit your deficit. I’d say it’s pretty helpful, but diet is still absolutely necessary for any results.
