No, sorry. We’ve unintentionally thrown so much of the world off balance by importing creatures that were never in certain places, that we must bear responsibility to bring things back to the balance they were at before we got there, particularly now that we know better.

If that’s not possible, we’ll do our best to get there. Where are the dodos, buddy? Keep your stupid cats indoors, and stop bothering the local ecosystem more than we already have.

Friend, cool it with the pedagogy. If one understands the idea of ecosystems at multiple scales, it follows implicitly that one understands the systems are inherently dynamic.

The point still stands: we’ve got to understand the environs we’ve rapidly destabilized and do something to limit our negative influence. Ergo: keeping stupid cats indoors helps the stressed systems by reducing the load caused by a bored apex predator.

By the way, actually, an apex is also known as the summit or peak of a curve, which domestic cats can generally be considered as they are rarely (though not never) predated upon. Wasn’t clear that you understood that, but now you do!

I don’t hate the doctor either. It was a long time ago, where intent matters. I don’t think the doctor wanted to hurt me, they likely bought into the studies and groupthink that were prevalent at the time.

The result is unfortunate, but it happened, and we all strive to do better with our own kids, especially now that we have things like the internet.

Well, those of us who’ve actually been intimate with and listened to women over the years understand that, while just a Hollywood movie, Barbie was a reasonably accurate commentary on how shitty this whole farce of “men do it best (yes everything)” winds up sucking for both men and women (and all in between).

What didn’t you like? Did you expect a movie about toys coming to our world to have a haunting belabored plot that explored every realm of literary significance? Or are you sad that it made men being stupid actually as ridiculous as it looks?

Love airvpn, it unfortunately trips captchas a lot, and some sites outright block you. If you’re seeing this up on a router, make a wifi network that’s unprotected just for the sake of convenience.

But torrenting and everything critical, rocksteady.

Having worked for the MTA on the subway system years back, I invite you all to remember that we built one of the very first subway systems in the world, definitely first in scale, knowing we’d make mistakes in implementation, along with a lot of successful ideas.

Everyone else learns from our mistakes, we gladly hosted the engineering team from Los Angeles and Bangkok when they wanted to share notes with us.

With almost 200miles/320km of public tracks, this is easily the most successful mass transit system internationally. "BuT gWaFiTi BaD :( "
