Unpopular opinion: I like the new Firefox logo. It’s clean, but still has the essence of the original logo. Unlike most other simplified logos, this one’s actually good. If you wanna hate, go see Dunkin’ Donuts’ logo.
I’d rather have that than be preserved for centuries. I honestly prefer cremation to burial. Heck, feed me to the birds for all I care, just let me unexist completely.
There’s a sort of solace in that. That one day I’ll completely cease to exist. I don’t know why religious people like the idea of eternal life. I’d very much prefer not to exist after a while.
I do want to move away from Spotify since they randomly drop previously available songs from time to time, but I have some 500 songs in a playlist. Is there a way to easily RIP all of it in good quality? spotify-dl is simply insufficient in terms of quality and accuracy. Has anyone used zotify? Does it work? I might get a second account and try, if anyone can tell me if it worked for them.
Disney is raking its customers over the coals with a 75% price hike for their annual subscription (originally $80.) People wonder why piracy is on the rise.Multiple commenters are saying I’m off base about the 75% price increase. My payment less than a year ago was $79.99. Here’s the proof.
My roommate is the worst when it comes to this. I don’t wanna know what this scene is a reference of. Just let me watch, motherfucker! I do like to discuss movies and get nerdy about them, but only after I finish watching it. I’ve told him so many times, it’s honestly insufferable.
And then he’ll start scrolling through his phone 10 minutes in whenever someone else suggests a movie. He’s a good friend, but God do I hate watching anything with him.
Yeah, why TF is the internet so shitty in US? I get 500 Mbps down/10 Mbps up for $80/month. It’s disgusting. I’d rather have 100 Mbps symmetric. Or better yet, 500 Mbps symmetric. My parents pay around $20/month for that, and they live in rural India. Even they got fiber, but I have to deal with fucking coax cables. The only local provider with fiber and symmetric speeds doesn’t operate in my side of the town. Why does everything in US have to be designed to fuck the end consumer? It’s really frustrating.
Okay, I’m gonna bite the bullet and say it. This is disheartening. I’m not one to clutch pearls, but come on. Would you say this about anyone else? Dogs? Cats? Anything at all? Do you understand how fucked up it is? I just don’t get it. It was the same in Reddit, and it’s fucking same in here. Why do you hate children? You don’t wanna have them, that’s fine. Why would you say these things?
Maybe you’re joking. Even after assuming that you are, this is in poor taste and a fucked up thing to say.
Gangs of Wasseypur. It’s a 5-hour movie, split into two parts. But really, it’s just one epic story. I’ve watched it countless number of times. While in college, me and my mates would get high and watch this movie. I’ve probably watched it with most of my friends at least once.
Two other movies that come close are Pulp Fiction and Bhooter Bhobishyot.

What movie did you rewatch most often?
For me, it’s either the Matrix or Pulp Fiction. I have seen both a lot of times but certainly not more often than say a dozen times.
Those who tried Linux and went back to Windows, what caused you to go back to Windows?
Additionally, what changes are necessary for you to be able to use Linux full time?
