Okcupid was rough. It took me so many dates and I managed to meet one or two decent people out of say…50 dates. We ended up as good friends and nothing more which was actually really cool. Nice meeting friends. But still, too many people to find one or two decent people to interact with is exhausting.
I had a decent relationship from bumble back in the day.
Eharmony was best so far. You have to pay so it really does prefilter out the flakes and I felt like my time wasn’t wasted as much as other apps. Perhaps it is because people paying for something take it a whole lot more seriously.
Yeah it’s very expensive but ngl the people I did end up meeting took dating so much more seriously than the free apps. The conversations had a lot more honesty and such a relief after the bullshit I had gone through on the free apps. Made them look like a joke. I only joined it for a month but for me it was all I needed at that time.
Bumble was decent too. But the selections can be up or down.
Aboriginals we’re even denied a seat in politics just in the last few months. I remember being shocked they voted in Tony abbot …who for years screamed about women’s menstruation in parliament. Australia is super backwards.
Add to that the amount of headphones out there that do help with various ear issues is growing and the prices are not that heavy.
They have bone conduction ear phones now that can be picked up online. Your skull can hear for you now. This is the same technology as what hearing aids use and you can just wire it up as headphones to your phone now

Not true. There’s air conduction, bone conduction(which is the same technology for people who actually do experience hearing loss), wired, non wired, in ear, over ear, on ear, noise cancelling and these are not that expensive that you can get it online so it’s super accessible.
It’s not the early 2000s anymore where you only get buds or on ear or whatever apple bullshit comes with your phone.
I don’t. I’m responding to the argument that headphones are not what they used to be. that is incorrect. There is more selection and varying types should one be selecting a pair.
I just received a call from an indian microsoft technician. He informed me that my PC is sending a ton of error messages to microsoft. Most likely it has been hacked, and he would help me by remoting in and fixing the problem for me. I just wonder… Is it my PopOs or my Manjaro PC that sends all this info to microsoft?
As much as a person could find a reason to feel sorry for them they unnecessarily verbally abuse people they are scamming and that was a choice they made. Their hands are not clean from playing a villain.

welcome to poverty. This is what happens to people who can’t afford care too. Life is not fair to impoverished but that is NOT nor is it EVER an excuse to impose that on someone else.

Scamming someone else is not sad. It’s infuriating and it’s gross when you give it such an excuse as empathy to con or hurt others. They should own they harmed someone.

It’s the owners of the computers and offices and bank accounts that accrue the scam money who are getting rich. And those people rarely set foot in the actual call centers.
Yeah and if the person on the phone is no longer in debt and the person on the other side of the line is, they benefited. They are still a villain.

I’m not sure I could call myself a good police officer at that point. I’m not sure I’d think I was cut out for the job of even defining ‘criminals’ at that point.
If they did they’d be a classist bigot not worth fighting. pizza is peasant food invented not for taste but to not starve. If you’re going to so low to gatekeep fight someone for that, that is definitely on the wrong side of history.
Not all food that gets cooked on a pizza needs a fridge. But either way you’re skipping the point. it’s literally leftovers combined, with or without a fridge. Probably even more so without a fridge if food goes bad faster.
The point is it’s a peasant food made of literally anything because scarcity.
So in all fairness to to the benefit it provides there should be no rule that there has to be a pineapple or not.
